Permaculture Magazine UK, Edible Wow, VoyageMichigan, and The Rock publications' articles and interviews with Dr. Charlie Brennan and Bridget O'Brien of Garden Juju Collective/Gateway Farm.

It's not easy to really describe the last 18 months' process of finding new, aligned investors for Gateway Farm, Plymouth, Michigan. It's been exhausting, nerve-wracking, frustrating, exhilarating and more. A real roller coaster of ups and downs. When this is fully in place and new systems and people are fully integrated, everyone involved will have achieved something truly exceptional. More on that another time.

We are very grateful for a series of recent print features highlighting our important work in this magical place as well as earlier publications supporting us through the bumpy, lovely process.

In the UK

Our article "From Golf Course to Thriving Farm" appears in the new Permaculture Magazine UK Spring 2026 issue (pm 127). We share a behind the scenes look at the design process for healing and regenerating the land.

In the Mitten (What locals call Michigan's Lower Peninsula)

Edible Wow's "Cultivating Knowledge" was featured back in Summer 2025, and highlighted Gateway's work as a demonstration and destination farm.

Continuing the Magic

VoyageMichigan published an interview with Bridget in Summer 2025 as well: "Meet Bridget O'Brien of Gateway Farm/Garden Juju Collective".

Recently, a news & lifestyle magazine The Rock ran "Planting Seeds", a story about finding a way to continue the magic of Gateway in January 2026.
