This is especially true when you're navigating complexity in your relationships, your work, your community, or your sense of purpose.

Here at Garden Juju Collective, we’ve named 2025 The Year of Adaptation. Because the most important work we can do—individually and collectively—is learn how to respond with care, creativity, and courage to life as it really is.

Why the Growing Edge Matters

In permaculture and in nature, the edge is where two systems meet—and it’s where the most diversity, possibility, and growth occurs. It's also where tension lives. It's messy. Dynamic. Alive.

Tending the growing edge isn’t about fixing yourself or starting over. It’s about gently bringing awareness to what’s shifting in you. It’s about choosing to be in relationship with your own transformation.

What is Adapt?

Here are 4 simple ways to use Adapt to reflect and reset:

1. Pull a Life Aspect card and name one part of your life that feels misaligned or tender.
2. Choose a Core Need that feels unmet or under-attended.
3. Draw a Design Principle and let it guide your brainstorming.
4. Ask yourself: What’s the smallest step I can take toward alignment today?

Even a single draw can offer deep clarity and compassionate direction.
